TWIN PALMS is an amazing pool home centrally-located in popular Cape Coral, Florida. This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home includes a spacious pool area and lanai that offers a patio table with center flame, lounge furniture, Smart TV and gas grill. Ping pong, pool, basketball and corn hole games are provided in the garage. WIFI is free! Pool is heated!

The space
TWIN PALMS has single-level living with an open, spacious layout. Plenty of room for your family/group in this amazing pool home. TWIN PALMS sleeps 8 people comfortably, maximum of 12.

The MASTER SUITE sits on its own side of the home away from the other bedrooms. It offers a KING size bed with memory foam mattress, nightstands with lamps, full length mirror, storage bench, 65" Smart TV and a separate entrance to lanai/pool area. There is an attached master bath that includes a large vanity, double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. This room also has a queen air mattress with bedding available.

Guest Room 2 features a KING size bed with memory foam mattress, nightstands with lamps, 48" Smart TV and closet for storage that includes a luggage rack, extra pillows/blanket and a rollaway.

Guest Room 3 offers two TWIN beds, nightstand with lamp, 48" Smart TV and closet for storage that includes a luggage rack, extra pillows/blanket and a rollaway.

Guest Room 4 features a TWIN BUNK BED with a 250 lb max. on each bed and also includes a workstation with desk and chair.

Bathroom 2 is located in the same hallway as Guest Rooms 2 and 3. It has a separate door leading out to the lanai/pool area. It has a vanity and sink, and a shower/tub combo.

TWIN PALMS also includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar (seats 5) large dining room (seats 8), living room that includes a 70" Smart TV, and full service laundry room.

The screened in LANAI and POOL area offers a great space to gather in the sun, enjoy the pool, and your meals on the patio furniture. Pool toys are provided. Please no glass near or in the pool, and use the pool at your own risk! This space includes a 55" Smart TV, 4 lounge chairs, dining table with firepit in middle (seats 6), comfy patio furniture (seats 6), gas grill and a heated pool. Our outdoor space provides plenty of PRIVACY with beautiful palm brush and a fence encasing the area.

CHILD specific amenities include a pack-n-play (with sheets), high chair, pool safety fence, life jackets and beach/pools toys, if needed.

We also have pool, ping pong, basketball and cornhole available in the GAME ROOM in the garage. 2 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach wagon, picnic basket, 2 child life jackets, beach toys and towels are also provided.

For your convenience, we also provide complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, coffee/tea, creamer, tinfoil, plastic wrap, napkins, salt & pepper and many other spices/seasonings.

Guest access
The only space in the home that is not accessible to guests is the locked owner’s closet in the master bathroom. All other spaces are accessible.

Please park no more than three vehicles in the driveway and be respectful of our neighbors by not parking in front of their homes. No parking on the lawn, as sprinkler systems can be damaged.
Other things to note
We do have a ring doorbell for your safety and security.

Lastly, we ask that you please respect our neighbors by not throwing loud parties, by observing quiet hours (10pm-7am), by not parking in front of their homes and staying off their property. Thank you!
